ZYVENTRA provides AI infrastructure, voice agents, and workflow automation under scoped engagement agreements.
Confidentiality
Both parties maintain reasonable confidentiality over information exchanged during engagements.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months, subject to your master services agreement.
